Refund policy

Your time and commitment are deeply valued—and so is the care and preparation that goes into each coaching session. For that reason, all services and packages are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Should coaching services need to be discontinued on our end, a prorated refund will be offered for any unused sessions.
