Terms & Conditions

By scheduling and/or paying for any coaching/relationship education session or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in coaching services constitutes a voluntary agreement to these terms, and you affirm that you will not hold Dr. Alena Crawley, Your Marriage Works, LLC or its representatives liable for any personal, relational, or emotional outcomes.

1. Purpose of Services

Coaching services are designed to offer support, education, and tools for personal growth and relational wellness. While grounded in biblical principles and practical strategies, coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or medical counseling.

 

2. Client Responsibility

All decisions and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions are solely the responsibility of the client(s). The coach provides guidance, insight, and recommendations, but it is the client's responsibility to apply them.

Dr. Alena Crawley, Your Marriage Works, LLC and its coaches are not liable for the outcome of any relationship, including separation, divorce, or emotional distress experienced during or after coaching.

 

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential and will not be shared with any outside party unless required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All coaching services must be paid in full before the first session begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Coaching packages are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions.

 

Sessions must be used within 90 days (for 3-session packages) or 120 days (for 6-session packages) from the initial session date.

 

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

 

6. Spiritual & Personal Boundaries

As a Christian faith-based coach, all services are offered with respect to biblical values and principles. However, coaching is not pastoral counseling, and services are not intended to replace spiritual accountability from your church leadership or community.

 

7. Right to Discontinue Services

Dr. Alena Crawley and Your Marriage Works, LLC reserve the right to discontinue coaching services at any time if the coaching relationship is deemed unproductive, misaligned, or if behaviors displayed by the client are considered disrespectful, unsafe, or inconsistent with a healthy coaching environment.

 

Should services be discontinued by the coach, the client will receive a prorated refund for any unused sessions within a purchased package, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
